Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking a session with The Sisters Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
• Prices are subject to change, but locked in upon booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. The retainer may be transferred to a new date at our discretion.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Image Usage and Copyright

• The Sisters Studio retains the copyright to all images created during the session.
• You are granted a personal print release, allowing you to print and share images for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not alter or edit the images (e.g., applying filters) without permission.
• We reserve the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

The Sisters Studio is not liable for any injury or damage to personal property during the session. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill the contract due to equipment failure or other causes beyond our control, our liability is limited to the return of all monies paid.
